13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

Unless both you and Hangry Joe's agree otherwise, no arbitrator or judge may consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

13.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court. Either party may also seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
